Can I change my plan later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Merchant Portal. Plan changes are limited to 3 per account.
What happens when I cancel?
Your subscription stays active until the end of your current 30-day billing cycle — your deals remain live and portal access continues until then. No pro-rated refunds are issued for the remaining portion of the cycle. To reactivate after cancellation, contact support.
How does the 90-Day Free Trial work?
New merchants get full Premium access free for 90 days. Sign up, then apply the code DEALBITE90 at checkout. After the trial, your plan moves to the paid Premium rate — cancel anytime before it ends and you won't be charged.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No credit card required to start on the Basic Free plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards processed securely through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Card details are never stored on our servers.
How do featured deals work?
Premium merchants' deals appear in the homepage carousel, giving them significantly higher visibility over standard listings and a greater chance of being clipped by nearby customers.
How long does it take to list my restaurant?
Most merchants are live within minutes — create your account, complete onboarding, and publish your first deal from the Merchant Portal. There are no contracts, no setup fees, and no commission on redeemed deals.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. All paid plans are month-to-month, billing every 30 days from your sign-up date. You can cancel anytime before the next billing date at no extra cost.
